Pick-up/Delivery Instructions
If picking up a boiler or large vent order, please drive to the back of the office where our bay door is located. Please use the intercom to get someone for assistance.
If picking up a small part, please come to the front door for assistance.
Boiler or parts orders may require pick-up from the Camus Hydronics factory. If picking up parts from Camus, please make sure Trillium Hydronics has provided you with a pick-up number.
